What is our return policy?
Return period Plus

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Criteria for return of products Plus

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The criteria for returning products are as shown above, except when there is a problem with the quality of the product.

Returns Steps Plus

To start a return, you can contact us at simpleopulence@outlook.com. Please let us know the reason for your return. If it is a question about the product please contact us, we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

Provide your order number and the name of the product you wish to return when contacting us.

The recipient can fill in your order number or Simple Opulence.

Remember to leave the return logistics number and let us know before your returned product is shipped.

We will give you a refund when the returned product arrives.

NOTE:

  • We do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do you change or cancel an order?
Order cancellation or replacement requires conditions Plus

Modifications and cancellations require contacting us within 24 hours of your purchase and if your purchase has not yet shipped.

How to do it if you do not meet the above conditions for replacing the product? Plus

Wait until the product is received and you still want to replace it. You will need to return the product in accordance with the return policy, we will not cover the shipping costs for this return but will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. Please contact us in a timely manner and let us know the name of the product you would like to replace (the price of the replacement product should be the same as when you purchased it).

NOTE: Tell us your return logistics number after you return the goods.
